The practice welcomes any comments or suggestions from patients that may help us give you a better service. With regard to complaints, we take all complaints very seriously and have a complaints procedure which has been approved by the local health authority – a leaflet outlining the procedure is available from reception. If you have a specific complaint, please write to the Practice Manager in the first instance. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.
