How to register

The practice area includes mainly SE20, extending into some adjacent postal codes. There is a map outlining the exact area in the surgery, available on request. Please note that all patients must reside within the London Borough of Bromley.

To register as a patient, you must be ordinarily resident in the UK and reside within the practice area. Please note that you will be asked for proof of residence in the practice area and, if applicable, proof that you have been given permission to reside in the United Kingdom.

You can register by completing a Patient Registration Form available from reception where our staff will also be able to answer any queries you may have.

There will be times when the practice is unable to take on any new patients, for example, during periods of staff shortages. On no account will the practice refuse an application based on the applicant’s race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition.

We recommend that new patients undertake a health check with a practice nurse or the healthcare assistant, or if on regular prescribed medication, with one of our doctors.
