Patient Notice – open access clinic
From Wednesday 28 October 2015 we will be trialling an open access clinic on Wednesday mornings from 8.15am to 9.00am. Patients will be able to attend between these times without booking an appointment and will then wait for their turn to see the doctor. The length of time spent waiting will vary as it will depend on the number of patients attending the open access clinic on that day. Patients have the right to a same day assessment if clinically indicated. The surgery guarantees that patients who require urgent care or advice will receive a clinical response on the day.
